Women business leaders in strategy conversation at an IWCCF meeting in Central Florida

About

A chamber of commerce built to advance women.

IWCCF exists to advance women through business growth, leadership development, advocacy, education, strategic partnerships, and community impact across Central Florida.

Why We Exist

Central Florida had no chamber built around women's business growth. So we built one.

Women lead some of the most innovative businesses, law firms, hospitality groups, and financial firms in Central Florida. What the region lacked was a formally governed chamber of commerce organized around their growth — one that treats women's business advancement as economic strategy rather than a social calendar.

IWCCF was founded to close that gap. We operate as a true chamber: governed by a Board of Directors, powered by member-led committees, and accountable to measurable outcomes for the businesses we serve. Our international charter connects Central Florida to women-led commerce well beyond the region.

Networking is one benefit of belonging. Credibility, advocacy, education, partnership, and access to decision-makers are the purpose.

Mission

Why we exist.

A business and leadership ecosystem that connects women to the relationships, resources, opportunities, and influence they need to grow their businesses, advance professionally, and lead with greater impact.

Vision

Where we're going.

A Central Florida economy where women at every stage of business and career are visible, well-connected, well-resourced, and well-represented at every level of leadership and influence — with the access and opportunity to create lasting economic impact.

Who We Serve

Our community.

IWCCF serves women across the full business and career lifecycle — from students and emerging professionals to established leaders, executives, entrepreneurs and growth-stage business owners — along with corporate and organizational partners investing in women's advancement and economic growth across Central Florida.

Our Strategic Pillars

Six pillars that define a chamber, not a club.

Every program, partnership, and committee at IWCCF ladders up to one of these six pillars.

Business Growth
Creating visibility, referrals, relationships and access to opportunity that help women-led businesses grow revenue and scale.
Leadership Development
Creating visible pathways to leadership through committees, board readiness, speaking opportunities, mentorship, sponsorship and executive access.
Advocacy
Representing women-led business in the regional economic conversation.
Education
Delivering practical education, insight and resources that help women advance at every stage of a career or company.
Strategic Partnerships
Building corporate, civic, educational, chamber and international partnerships that expand access, open doors and connect members to the broader business ecosystem.
Community Impact
Mobilizing members, partners and resources around initiatives that strengthen Central Florida's economy, businesses and communities.

What Makes Us Different

Building Connections. Creating Opportunity. Empowering Women.

IWCCF complements the region's strong chambers and associations by connecting women into the broader Central Florida business ecosystem.

Full leadership lifecycle
Campus → Career → Leadership → Enterprise → Legacy, supported in one chamber community.
Cross-generational value exchange
Every career stage both receives value and creates it for someone else.
Career + business + enterprise
Professionals, founders, and employers intentionally intersect in the same room.
Access, not attendance
Introductions, opportunities, and measurable outcomes — not a full event calendar.
Ecosystem connector
We complement Central Florida's strong chambers and associations and connect women into the broader business ecosystem.
