Meghan Stuart is a hospitality executive with more than 20 years of experience in hotel operations, development, and asset management. As President of Interessant Hotels & Resort Management Corporation (IHRMC), an award-winning hotel management company representing multiple leading brands, she has been instrumental in driving the company's growth and operational success since its inception.

A respected leader within the industry, Meghan has been deeply involved with the Florida Restaurant & Lodging Association (FRLA), serving as Central Florida Chapter President for two consecutive years and currently holding positions on two state-level boards, where she contributes to advocacy, education, and industry advancement.

She is also actively involved with Investors Conference (LendingCon), a sister company of IHRMC, where she plays a key role in organizing a premier hospitality investment and development event, bringing together leaders across lending, ownership, and brand sectors. In addition to her corporate leadership, Meghan is a licensed real estate agent in Florida, specializing in commercial and hospitality transactions, further enhancing her expertise across operations, investment, and development.

Kristina "Krissy" Davis is the founder of CryoSculpt Body Lab, a boutique body contouring studio in Orlando specializing in non-invasive cryolipolysis for fat reduction.

She brings a background in revenue operations, sales development, and business growth, with a strong focus on integrating technology to build scalable systems, enhance client engagement, and support strategic partnerships. Her experience includes implementing and optimizing systems that drive efficiency, streamline operations, and create sustainable growth.

Krissy is passionate about helping organizations grow with intention — not just by attracting members, but by creating meaningful experiences that drive connection, retention, and long-term value. She believes knowledge is meant to be shared and is excited to contribute to building a chamber that supports women in business while mentoring and empowering the next generation of leaders.

Carolina De La Torre is the Founder and driving force behind Quantum Funding, a boutique mortgage brokerage built on the principles of trust, education, and strategic financial empowerment. With a passion for helping individuals and families achieve homeownership and long-term wealth, Carolina has positioned her firm as a leader in delivering innovative financing solutions beyond conventional lending.

Under her leadership, Quantum Funding has grown into a dynamic organization supporting a team of loan officers and professionals dedicated to creating tailored mortgage strategies for a diverse clientele, including first-time homebuyers, seasoned investors, and business owners. Mary Sherris is the founder of Sherris Legal, P.A., a Central Florida law firm celebrating more than 20 years of service to the community. For over two decades, she has represented individuals and families in matters involving personal injury, Social Security disability, immigration, and civil rights, while building a practice centered on advocacy, client service, and meaningful results.

Originally born in Chicago to Greek parents and raised in Daytona Beach, Mary has lived in Central Florida for nearly three decades. She earned her Bachelor's degree in Political Science and a Master's degree in Urban Planning from the University of Florida before obtaining her Juris Doctor from the University of Akron School of Law, where her work was published in the Akron Law Review.

Mary began her legal career as an Assistant State Attorney in Seminole County, where she prosecuted criminal cases and received the Attorney of the Year – Pride in Excellence Award. She later transitioned into civil litigation before launching her own practice in 2004. In addition to practicing law, Mary is a certified Florida County and Circuit Court mediator and is active in professional and community organizations throughout Central Florida.

Beyond her legal work, Mary is passionate about mentorship, community service, travel, health and wellness, and learning from different cultures and perspectives. She believes strong relationships, compassion, and service are the foundation for meaningful impact.
